Intro Meeting
Building a relationship based upon trust with our clients is a key aspect of our business. It is essential for us to understand our clients needs and wants regarding their dream home. This will be clarified immediately during the introduction meeting. The introduction meeting is generally held at our very own display home where you can tangibly inspect and discuss the quality we have to offer.
Designing your dream home
You will first-handedly work with a team of professionals to design your dream home. Our team will guide you through each step to ease the building process and bring your thoughts to reality. Get your personalised project off to the best start by discussing your needs in detail with personalised consultation.
Official Estimated Tender
An offical estimated tender will be sent out to customer. We believe that transparency is the best way to go in business, ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the quality of our service.
Contract & Deposit
Once you are satisfied with the architecture drawings and tender pricing, the next step is to sign the Home Building contract. Furthermore, an additional meeting will take place to sign the required documents and further discuss the deposit terms in relation to the Home Building contract.
Submit & Approval
The house plans and documentation are submitted to the council. Once approved, we will then introduce you to our design consultants and our trade and supplier team for further opinions.
Building
We conduct regular meetings and constantly update you about the progress of your dream home. We ensure that the project is kept on schedule and the vision we discussed for your home is brought to reality.
Completion & Handover
During the completion stage, perform a Final Stage Quality Check, ensuring your home is completed to your expectation and our company’s high standard quality of a home. Before we handover the keys, a tour of your house will be conducted with you to ensure that you are satisfied and happy with your new home.
